Judith Bullin

Judith joined Parry Field in 2014 and was appointed as a Partner in 2022.

As one of our Commercial and Property partners, Judith’s legal practice is varied.  She has a particular interest in property developments from acquisition of land, development of the land including subdivision and then construction.

A particular passion for Judith is Community Housing. This passion was sparked from a governance role for a charitable trust developing and providing social housing units.  Judith is one of the leading experts in the Community Housing legal space and regularly speaks and shares knowledge in this space.

As a trusted advisor, Judith also regularly acts for organisations in relation to claims of historical abuse.

With construction experts in her family, Judith also has a particular interest in Construction Law and regularly advises on both the drafting of construction contracts as well as handling disputes.  Judith also regularly advises commercial clients on all aspects of their business through all stages of the life cycle of a business including start up, business acquisition, commercial contracts, structuring advice and commercial disputes.

Judith is a present Trustee of Stepping Stone Trust and has held a number of governance roles in the past.  Outside of work Judith is a mother of two young boys and loves spending time in her garden.
